Attendee Hot List
A customized Attendee Hot List gives you the ability to reach your target market to invite attendees to your booth or keep the conversation going after Convention.
ASHA’s policy is not to permit helium balloons inside the Exhibit Hall. There are no exceptions to this rule; you may not have helium balloons in your booth space. If helium balloons are found inside the exhibit hall, the balloons will be removed, and you will be responsible for any fees that may apply. Air-filled balloons are permitted.

Any commercial booth spaces that do not have floor covering by 4 p.m. the day before the Exhibit Hall opens (please see the Exhibitor Contract Terms and Conditions for more details) will be carpeted and exhibitors will be charged.
