We’ve benefited tremendously from ASHA’s Virtual Career Fairs. These events not only allow us to reach a wide range of applicants across the country, but they also give us the pleasure of sharing our company’s vision and values in a meaningful way. During the fairs, we highlight our Journeys program — a cornerstone of our commitment to professional growth — and show candidates how we support the ongoing development of our therapists throughout every stage of their careers.
The ASHA Virtual Career Fair was the most successful recruitment opportunity for SLPs we have ever experienced. We ended the evening recommending five candidates move on to full interviews.
The ASHA Virtual Career Fair is an excellent way to connect with speech-language pathologists considering employment options. We contacted over 60 candidates and many of them are promising and viable candidates. The format was also fast paced but easy to navigate and manage.
