The MC2 Multicultural Concerns Collective Reception is a homecoming welcome for the ASHA members, multicultural constituency groups, students, and allies who champion cultural inclusion and responsiveness on behalf of themselves and the communities they serve. For many, it’s a chance to connect with peers who understand and celebrate a sense of belonging. ​

Each year brings fresh opportunities for conversation, mentorship, and community-building across backgrounds. 2026 Committee Day Luncheon ($5,000 Exclusive)

Every year, ASHA convenes and recognizes our most engaged volunteer leaders who serve on ASHA's 45 Councils, Boards, and Committees. The annual Committee Day Luncheon provides ASHA leaders an opportunity to network and participate in professional development around the topic of leadership. 

This year's speaker, Simon T. Bailey is the world’s leading expert on hope-powered leadership, an executive advisor, speaker, and researcher who helps people amplify hope and ignite brilliance in themselves and others. He is also the author of the best-selling books, "Shift Your Brilliance," "Releasing Leadership Brilliance" and "Brilliant Living."
